About the Job
The Multimedia Designer & Production Artist is a critical role within our Creative team bridging the gap between Creative Concepts developed by Creative Directors and other senior Creative leaders and their execution in market. In this role, you are responsible for overseeing and executing on graphic design to support the creative team while developing campaigns, with a strong understanding of HTML and CSS for responsive email creation, online banner and design and other web work.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of creative concepts across brand assets including, Brand Guidelines, Sales Collateral (one-pagers, PPT presentations, etc.), Landing Pages, Business Cards and other branded assets, social cards, HTML5 banner ads, responsive email, etc.
- Lead the design and development of digital advertisements, including HTML5 banners ads, to ensure strict adherence with brief and functional specifications.
- Have a strong point of view on the evolving design landscape, recommending new and meaningful approaches to how we execute on design.
- Work with Director, UI/UX Design to help accelerate the design and development of client landing pages and websites, and other digital products.
- Enable Creative Directors through the execution of Concepts across the required mediums.
- Lead, manage or support other RG design needs, as required.

ABOUT YOU
- 3+ years working in Graphic Design; agency experience required
- Mastery of the Adobe Creative suite, Figma, Sketch, and other design tools
- Experience designing for large global Advertising campaigns with various asset sizes required, including dynamic HTML5 banners and other assets
- Love to 'geek out' over the latest digital products and experiences
- Thrive diving head first into new situations
- Are interested in complex business, direct financial services or fintech experience preferred
- Have an always be learning mindset
