About the Job
As a Managing Director, you're the most senior leader on an account and are responsible for interfacing with our client's most senior stakeholders, coaching, mentoring and leading client teams to deliver on the value we promise, while also rolling up your sleeves to do the hard work whenever necessary. This means ensuring the on-time, high-quality delivery of scoped services while keeping a constant check on the health and happiness of your client relationships.
As a Managing Director, you're also a business leader who understands and thrives in the complexity of your clients' business and challenges – the same things that keep them up at night keep you up at night (though we do hope you sleep well), and you understand their business as well as they do.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of up to 3 client relationships.
- Coach and mentor client teams both for successful client delivery, as well as professional development and growth.
- Ensure the highest quality delivery of scoped services, on time and on budget.
- Proactively identify client's evolving needs and help solve for them before they arise.
- Build and grow a mutually beneficial long-term relationship with clients by identifying and pitching new opportunities which include approach, deliverables, team members and timing.
- Maintain highly profitable accounts by working with Head of Account Management and Operations to keep a pulse on team activity, costs, and project timing.
- Identify and unblock any hurdles in an account that prevent either RG, or the client, from attaining its goals.

ABOUT YOU
- 10+ years working in Marketing; in-house experience required, agency account experience preferred
- Thrive diving head first into new situations
