About the Job
The Business Development Internship is an in-person role, working with our Business Development team to support the Agency’s sales and marketing efforts.
We believe the best way for Interns to receive the full value of their internship is through in-office collaboration with colleagues and having meaningful responsibilities. We trust and empower interns with hands-on training and real responsibilities which gives you the experience of an entry-level professional.
Responsibilities
- Support in building Sales and Marketing materials, including credentials presentations, proposal presentations, and one-pagers.
- Shadow sales calls to learn and surface key insights, as well as take notes to support the Sales team.
- Build Reports to analyze key sales metrics.
- Help plan prospecting events.
- Source, identify and help draft entries for key industry awards.
- Daily news scans to surface new and noteworthy insights about our prospects’ businesses and their industries.
- Help with ongoing updates to RG case studies.
- Support in other general sales and marketing initiatives.

ABOUT YOU
- A Junior or Senior at a 4-year College/University or recent grad with an interest in B2B Marketing and Financial Services.
- Have strong written and verbal communications skills, and know how to craft an effective story.
- Self-starter who actively seeks out new initiatives.
- Prefer to be immersed in the energy and culture of a physical office.
- Are organized, diligent and responsive in all things.
- Not afraid of a challenge, and are an out-of-the-box thinker.
- Have an always be learning mindset.
