About the Job
As an Associate, Client Strategy you will be an integral part of a client team who is primarily responsible for supporting client accounts and their evolving needs. This is a critical client-facing position that will expose you to hands-on training across the whole marketing spectrum from brand positioning to go-to-market execution. Your role will grow with your abilities.
Responsibilities
- Support account project management, including developing timelines, reviewing resource allocations, coordinating with Partners and drafting briefs and debriefs for client stakeholders.
- Stay on top of what is happening in our clients' worlds, including reviewing daily news feeds for brand mentions, social media activity, and industry reports to develop proactive insights.
- Support in the preparation and refinement of client materials, including key strategic and creative presentations and other key correspondence.
- Lead account research efforts, including industry/sector trends, competitive analysis, stakeholder interviews, marketing/advertising channel mix and insights, management profiles and intelligence, and company overviews.
- Support, and in some cases lead, account digital efforts, including social media management and reporting/analysis, Google Analytics report and insights development, campaign execution through marketing automation platforms and various other digital tools.
- Lead the organization of critical account information including billing information, file and folder management, stakeholder information, etc.
- Support the development of new opportunities, including needs identification, opportunity analysis, and proposal development / pitch presentations.

- 1-2 years working in Marketing; agency account experience preferred

SALARY RANGE
$52,000 - $64,000 per year
